Shipping Policy

Noble Cigars does not ship to addresses in Utah or Hawaii. We comply with California Senate Bill 39.
 
PLEASE NOTE: ALL SHIPMENTS DELIVERED REQUIRE ADULT SIGNATURE. 
PLEASE NOTE: INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE NOT TO BE REFUNDED.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ARE REQUIRED TO SEND TO INFO@NOBLECIGARS.COM A COPY OF THEIR ID IN ORDER TO PRECEEDE WITH THE SHIPPING.
 
Weather delays, mechanical delays, fraud verification, age verification, and other issues are beyond our control and could potentially delay orders. Check the UPS website for more information.
All orders within the United States will be shipped via UPS. 
Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery*
UPS Ground: When you check out, you will be offered shipping based on the weight of the items in your cart.
All International Orders (to eligible countries) will be shipped via USPS. When you check out, you will be offered shipping based on the weight of the items in your cart.
 
All merchandise leaves our facility in perfect condition. Please call us immediately if any received item is damaged or lost during transit. The outer packaging must be saved for UPS verification. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that UPS will reimburse us for the damages. We will reship all items as soon as possible and handle any claim with UPS for you. Same for International shipping via USPS.
 
Orders are processed during our business hours and shipped the next business day promptly unless it is on a Friday; your order will not ship out until Tuesday morning since our shipping department is closed on Saturdays through Mondays. Remember, this includes holidays as well. *See the UPS transit map for the approximate package arrival date. Same for International shipping via USPS.
After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, UPS will return your package to Noble Cigars warehouse. All return freight charges will be passed on to the consumer. Same for International shipping via USPS.
 
CAN I CHANGE MY ONLINE ORDER?
Once an online order has been submitted, it cannot be changed online. However, Noble Cigars, LLC may be able to modify or cancel the order if the time between the submitted order and the packaging of the order is caught in time before it is shipped out. Contact us as soon as possible via email or phone immediately! 

Sales Tax Information
All sales tax will be charged for shipments within your state, and that sales tax may be charged/collected depending on the tax laws where you are shipping your products. In addition, many states now require Noble Cigars, LLC to collect sales tax on their behalf for purchases made through our website. Please note that Noble Cigars, LLC does not charge you sales tax.

CREDIT CARD POLICIES
We process Visa, MC, AMEX, and Discover credit cards. We utilize AVS (address verification service) on all orders and verify the billing address and zip code. If the address or the zip code do not match, we will attempt to confirm the correct address via email/or phone. If we do not receive a response in a timely fashion, we reserve the right to cancel the order without further notice as a protection for ourselves and credit card holders.
